公式リセールサービスのご案内
Ed Sheeran / Ed Sheeran +-=÷x Tour 2024 公式リセールサービスの実施が決定いたしました！
公式リセールサービスはイベントに行けなくなった人がチケットを手放せ、行きたい人がそのチケットを定価で購入できる仕組みとなります。
本公演の公式リセールは、「AnyPASS STORE」を利用します。

・イベントに行けなくなった方
スマートフォン専用アプリ「AnyPASS」のマイイベントに表示された公演のチケットを選択するだけで簡単に出品ができます。
購入希望者との売買が成立した場合、チケット代金を「AnyPASS STORE」からお支払いします。
・リセールにてチケットを購入されたい方
リセール期間中に「AnyPASS STORE」にアクセスいただくと、出品中のチケットがある場合はチケットを購入できます。

※出品にはご購入いただいたチケットを「AnyPASS」にて発券していただく必要がございます。
※リセールへの出品はご購入者様のみ可能です。
※出品枚数はご購入枚数内で、1枚単位で設定ができますが、購入者本人のチケットを出品したい場合、すべてのチケットを出品いただく必要がございます。
※リセールが成立した場合に、別途システム利用料(1,500円/枚)がチケット代金から差し引かれます。

We are pleased to provide you with comprehensive details about the Official Resale Service for the upcoming event. The Official Resale Service allows those who can no longer attend the event to give up their tickets for resale, while those still interested in attending can purchase them at a fixed price through the “AnyPASS STORE.”
■”AnyPASS STORE” (Resale Venue)

For Sellers (Unable to Attend the Event):
・ Select the tickets for the performance in the “My Events” section of the “AnyPASS” smartphone application to put them up for sale.
・ If a transaction with a potential buyer is concluded, the ticket price will be paid back through “AnyPASS STORE.”
※Important Notes for Sellers:
・ To list tickets for resale, you must have issued the purchased tickets on “AnyPASS.”
・ Only the purchaser is eligible to list tickets for resale.
・ If you have multiple tickets, you can select which individual tickets you’d like to resell.However, if you are a primary purchaser and then you’d like to resell your own ticket,you need to select all the tickets you have all at once.
・ In the event of a successful resale, a separate system usage fee(1,500 JPY per ticket) will be deducted from the ticket price.
・ Please note that tickets purchased through other pre-sales are not eligible for resale.

・ Tickets purchased through resale will be received via the smartphone app “AnyPASS.” Please purchase only if the purchaser and all accompanying persons have smartphones compatible with AnyPASS.

・ Please be aware not to have someone else make a proxy purchase for those who will not be attending.
・ Those who have purchased multiple tickets must enter the venue with all your companion.
Please note that if you use part of your ticket to enter the venue first, the rest of tickets will not be available and your companion will not be entered.
