【重要】AnyPASSチケット発券・入場についてのご案内
チケットをご購入いただいたお客様は、公演日当日スムーズにご入場いただくために、以下1～4を必ず事前にお手続きの上、ご来場をお願いいたします。
海外在住のお客様は、通信環境の整ったお住まいの国で必ず事前にお手続きをお済ませください。
本公演は、チケットを複数枚購入された方は同行者も含め、必ず全員が揃ってからご入場いただきます。お持ちのチケットのうち、一部枚数のみを使用してご入場された場合、残りのチケットは使用不可となり、同行者の方はご入場いただけませんのでご注意ください。
1.「AnyPASS」アプリのダウンロード
※チケットの受取にはスマートフォン専用アプリ「AnyPASS」のダウンロード及び利用登録(無料)が必要となります。

2.AnyPASS新規利用登録
※スマートフォンに「AnyPASS」アプリをダウンロード後、AnyPASS利用登録・SMS認証(iOS端末（iPhone）をご使用の場合)・＋IDアカウントの連携を行ってください。
※iOS端末（iPhone）でSMS認証ができなかった方は、しばらくお待ちいただくと電話発信による電話番号認証の画面が表示されますのでそちらをお試しください。SIMカードが入っていない端末や、電話番号を取得していない端末では、「AnyPASS」アプリをご利用いただけません。
※SMS認証後、＋IDアカウントを既にお持ちの方はAnyPASSと連携していただき、お持ちでない方は＋IDアカウントの新規作成後に連携をお願いいたします。

3.チケットの受取方法
※イベント表示開始日(発券開始日)以降に「AnyPASS」アプリを起動すると、チケットご購入時にご登録された携帯電話番号の端末にAnyPASSが登録されている場合、チケット受取のお知らせが表示されます。
※ご購入時にご登録された携帯電話番号の端末に受取可能なチケットがある場合のみAnyPASSにチケットが表示されます。チケットが表示されない場合はご購入時の携帯電話番号を誤って入力している可能性がございますので、ご自身で申込内容をご確認ください。
※AnyPASSにご登録後、チケットの受取をされないと当日ご入場いただけません。イベント表示開始日(発券開始日)以降に必ずご自身でAnyPASSをご確認いただくようお願いいたします。

4.イベント当日の入場方法
※会場の入場口でQRコードの認証を行いますので、アプリのHOME画面を表示して、入場口にお進みください。QRコードのスクリーンショットや、画面キャプチャー等ではご入場出来ません。
※本公演は、チケットを複数枚購入された方は同行者も含め、必ず全員が揃ってからご入場いただきます。お持ちのチケットのうち、一部枚数のみを使用してご入場された場合、残りのチケットは使用不可となり、同行者の方はご入場いただけませんのでご注意ください。
※会場周辺は電波が悪く、開演直前は入場口が大変混み合います。開演時間に間に合わない場合もございますので、お時間に余裕を持ってお早めにお越しくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
また、会場内も電波が悪い場合があり、ご入場後にご自身・同行者の座席番号が分からなくなるお客様がいらっしゃいます。座席番号は表示開始された際に、スクリーンショット等で必ず保存をお願いいたします。

【Important】Information on AnyPASS Ticket Issuance and Entry
For customers who have purchased tickets, please make sure to complete the following steps steps 1 to 4 in advance for a smooth entry on the day of the performance.
For customers residing overseas, it is also necessary to complete these procedures in a country with a stable communication environment where you live.
Those who have purchased multiple tickets must enter the venue with all your companion.
Please note that if you use part of your ticket to enter the venue first, the rest of tickets will not be available and your companion will not be entered.
1.Download the “AnyPASS” app
※To receive the tickets, you will need to download and register for the smartphone-exclusive app “AnyPASS” (free of charge).

2.New registrationSign up for AnyPASS
※After downloading the “AnyPASS” app on your smartphone, please proceed with AnyPASS registration, SMS authentication(If you are using an iOS device (iPhone)), and linking your ＋ID account.
※For those who were unable to complete SMS authentication on iOS devices (iPhone), please wait for a while, and you will see a screen for phone number verification through phone call. Please try that option. Devices without a SIM card or devices that haven’t acquired a phone number cannot use the “AnyPASS” app.
※After SMS authentication, those who already have a ＋ID account, please link it with AnyPASS. For those who don’t have a ＋ID account, please create a new one and then link it.

3.Receive the Tickets
※When you launch the “AnyPASS” app after the event display start date (E-ticket issuance start date), if AnyPASS is registered on the mobile phone number you provided at the time of ticket purchase, you will receive a notification about tickets pickup.
※Only tickets that are associated with the mobile phone number registered at the time of purchase will be displayed in AnyPASS. If you don’t see your tickets, please check your application details as there may be an error in the mobile phone number you entered during the purchase.
※After registering with AnyPASS, if you don’t receive your tickets, you will not be able to enter on the day of the event. After event display start date (E-ticket issuance start date) please be sure to check AnyPASS.

4.The entry process on the day of the event
※At the entrance of the venue, the staff will scan we will perform QR code authentication, so please display the app’s HOME screen and proceed to the entrance. You cannot enter using a screenshot or screen capture of the QR code.
※Those who have purchased multiple tickets must enter the venue with all your companion.
Please note that if you use part of your ticket to enter the venue first, the rest of tickets will not be available and your companion will not be entered.
※The area around the venue has poor signal reception, and just before the start of the event, the entrance can become very crowded. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare, as there is a risk of not making it in time for the start of the event.
Also, there may be poor signal reception inside the venue, and some customers may lose track of their seat numbers after entry. When the seat numbers are displayed, please be sure to save them, for example, by taking a screenshot.
